ABOUT US:

-The All American Football LeagueŽ is a for-profit professional spring football league. The AAFL will take the traditions, passion and pageantry of college football to the level of professional sports competition and plans to kick-off in the spring 2011.

-It's the best of college and professional football. Our game will be played college style, and all players are required to be a college graduate with a four-year degree in order to play in the AAFL.

-The AAFL does not compete with the NFL, NCAA or high school football. The AAFL complements them.

-League headquarters is located in Atlanta, with the AAFL owning a market presence in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Michigan, Tennessee and Texas by infusing significant capital. The League is evaluating additional new markets moving forward.

-AAFL's branding marks and logos were established, trademarked and marketed for the League and local markets.

-AAFL had deals in principle with NFL Network and Sirius Satellite Radio and PlayON! Sports and secured Touchdown Radio Network to broadcast our games in 2008. The AAFL is in ongoing discussions for similar deals for 2011.

-AAFL has partnered with NFL officiating department to oversee our games during the season.

-AAFL has secured key partnerships with New Balance (official on-field apparel and footwear), Schutt Sports (game equipment), Baden Sports (game balls) and Rogers Athletic (practice equipment).

-The AAFL held a Draft and selected 360 players prior to the postponement of the 2008 season. Players' experience ranged from former Heisman Trophy winners to college stars to former NFL and NFL Europa participants.

EDUCATION:

The League is committed to helping graduation rates improve. This is a rich ambition that includes other student-athletes and students, not just football players. The League believes that its mission and those of the NCAA will be well served by the League's educational and eligibility policies.

Our game will be played with a mix of college football and NFL style, and all players are required to have earned their four-year college degree in order to play in the AAFL.

"A pro league with a hint of school spirit."

THE MARKET:

Currently, there is no “major” spring professional outdoor football league. The Arena Football League postponed its 2009 season and has yet to announce if they will officially play in 2011. There is an opportunity to fill a real void among football fans between February and August.

We believe the AAFL can create much-needed jobs and inject a renewed sense of community among host cities. We estimate a $3M economic impact in our local markets.

The AAFL will become the feeder system for the National Football League and allow former NFL players to create “a league of their own.”

“I truly believe fans are gradually becoming disenchanted with professional sports with skyrocketing player salaries and higher ticket prices. The AAFL can become a fans’ league and become the answer to American sports. The AAFL can be a solution to our current economy,” said Keith Ponder, former NFL player and secretary of the Atlanta Chapter of the NFL Retired Players Association.

"The AAFL is certainly more innovative concept of the two new leagues." – Time Magazine
