All American Football League to Hold Final Open Tryout at Clark University in Atlanta

Players from Across the Country to Converge on Clark University Thursday for AAFL Tryout

Players with Ties to Georgia, Alabama & Mississippi to Workout in Morning Session November 21, 2007

ATLANTA, GA – The All American Football League (AAFL) will host its final open tryout for the 2008 inaugural season at Clark University in Atlanta tomorrow, December 20, 2007.

The maximum number of players for tomorrow's tryout was reached last week. Registration is closed with 250 players scheduled to participate.

Tryouts will be held in two groups. Group 1 will include players with ties to Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. Group 2 will include all other players from across the nation.

The AAFL tryout in Atlanta is the League's last open tryout. National combines for the League have previously been conducted in: Orlando, FL; Birmingham, AL; Little Rock, AR; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX and Knoxville, TN.

All American Football League teams will play 10 games, beginning in April 2008. The spring schedule is designed to satisfy fans who hunger for quality football between the NFL and college seasons. The League's teams are located in avid college football markets, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Michigan, Tennessee and Texas.
